About the BPUT

The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) is one of the leading universities in the state of Odisha. Constituted in the year 2002 by an act of the Odisha State Legislature, the University is headquartered in Rourkela. The BPUT has two campuses – at Bhubaneswar and at Chhend in Rourkela. Currently, the University has approximately 110 constituent and affiliated colleges. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has granted special status to the University. The University declares the result through notification of the same on its official website.
